Born in a nomad village a few kilometers from Douz, Ali grew up with camel caravans and stories told by elders around the fire. The desert has no secrets for him.
With over 20 years of experience guiding travelers from all over the world, Ali founded Destination Sahara with a clear mission: preserve his people's traditions while offering safe, memorable excursions. His natural calm, smile, and deep knowledge of stars, flora, and fauna make every night under the stars a unique moment of sharing.
Fathi is fluent in French, English, German, and Arabic, facilitating cultural exchange. He also prepares the famous traditional sand bread baked under hot coals.
